One team for your everyday IT
ServiceJi manages the day-to-day IT that keeps your business working: user support, computers, mobile devices, access, maintenance and backup. We bring these activities into one agreed service, with clear ownership when something needs attention.
For businesses without an internal IT department, we can provide the people and processes to manage routine technology operations. For organisations with their own specialists, we can take on defined responsibilities so the internal team has more time for projects and business priorities.
The starting point is your environment, not a fixed bundle of tools. We review the systems you use, the problems you want to solve and the support hours you need, then set out the service, licences and implementation work in a clear proposal.

What our managed IT support services cover
Everyday support for your people
Help with computers, email, accounts, connectivity and business applications, with requests tracked through resolution or escalation. Employees have a clear route to technical assistance.
Proactive monitoring and maintenance
We review available health indicators and alerts, investigate reported failures, check update status and carry out agreed maintenance. Automated monitoring and staffed response coverage are defined separately in your service agreement.
Device and security administration
Manage supported computers, laptops, phones and tablets, including configuration, endpoint protection, access settings and approved work applications. Network and firewall administration can form part of the agreed service.
Backup and recovery
Set up and manage backups for agreed computers, servers, cloud platforms and business data. We check backup results, investigate failures and help restore data from available recovery points.
Cloud and business systems
Administration and support for platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, alongside agreed cloud infrastructure and applications. The supported systems and any specialist escalation arrangements are recorded before delivery.
Joiners, movers and leavers
Coordinate account creation, access changes, supported device setup and authorised removal of company access. We record completed actions and flag any steps that could not be carried out.
A managed service around your environment
You may need an external team to handle routine IT across the business, or additional capacity alongside your internal specialists. We agree who owns each activity, how users request help and when an issue needs approval or escalation.
Our remote support is delivered by ServiceJi personnel in India, with the contracting and management arrangements explained during onboarding. Where physical work is needed, we agree who will carry it out and how it will be coordinated.
When managed IT support is the right fit
Managed support is useful when everyday IT tasks have become scattered across office managers, individual employees and several suppliers. A device stops receiving updates, a backup warning goes unnoticed, or a departing employee retains an account because no one owns the full process. The issue is often responsibility rather than a shortage of software.
It can also support a growing or distributed business. New starters need equipment and access, remote staff need help without visiting an office, and management needs a consistent view of outstanding IT work. We organise the agreed activities around those needs and maintain the information required to support your environment.
If your main requirement is additional agents to handle tickets in an established support operation, our outsourced IT help desk may be a closer fit. A managed IT service adds responsibility for the systems and recurring administration included in your scope.
Clear ownership when an issue crosses suppliers
A slow application might involve a laptop, internet connection, cloud service or specialist software vendor. Your service should define who investigates first, who coordinates the next step and who keeps the affected person informed. We agree these routes during onboarding so incidents are not simply passed between suppliers without an owner.
For third-party systems, we can collect diagnostic information and work with the vendor within the agreed scope. The vendor remains responsible for its own product and service. Physical repairs, cabling and site visits need an agreed local arrangement; our remote team can coordinate and guide that work where included.
What you should be able to see
Useful reporting explains what needs attention and what has been done. Depending on your service, this can include open support requests, recurring incidents, device and patch exceptions, failed backups, upcoming licence changes and decisions awaiting approval.
Service reviews connect those findings to practical actions: replace an unreliable device, address a recurring application issue, adjust a policy or prepare for additional users. We agree the reporting frequency and measures with you. Monitoring tools may run continuously, while engineer response follows your contracted coverage hours.
What you need to do
Nominate an authorised contact, provide the agreed access and make users or devices available for setup. We then handle the monitoring and routine administration within scope. You receive updates on significant issues, outstanding decisions and completed work, rather than having to check multiple dashboards yourself.
How we get started
- Review: understand your users, devices, systems, existing licences and priorities.
- Agree: document coverage hours, response targets, responsibilities, security controls and charges.
- Set up: configure access and tools, test the agreed controls and complete handover.
- Manage: deliver support, investigate alerts, maintain records and review the service as your needs change.
How managed IT support is priced
Pricing depends on user and device numbers, supported systems, coverage hours and the work included. We identify setup work, recurring service charges, software licences and separate projects so you can see what you are buying. Additional users and services can be agreed as your business grows.
We separate one-off implementation from ongoing support and identify software subscriptions, supplier commitments and work charged separately. A useful quote also states the supported estate, service hours, escalation arrangements and any assumptions about the condition of your systems.
To prepare an initial proposal, tell us your approximate user and device numbers, main applications, locations, current support arrangements and any urgent concerns. An inventory does not need to be perfect at the outset; the initial review identifies what needs closer assessment.
Questions about managed IT support
What is the difference between managed IT support and a help desk?
A help desk focuses on handling support requests. A managed IT service can also take responsibility for agreed monitoring, maintenance, security administration, backups and device management. Your scope determines which activities are included.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. Responsibilities and escalation routes can be shared with your existing team or suppliers, with clear ownership of each activity.
Is support available around the clock?
Coverage can be arranged around your business needs, including business-hours, out-of-hours or 24/7 services. Your agreement sets the staffed hours and response targets.
Does the service include every IT project?
Routine support and administration are defined in the service scope. Larger migrations, infrastructure changes and other projects are scoped and priced separately before work starts.
